privacy policy
In accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP). Last updated: August 2026.
1. Controller
BETONLUX, owner Vaida Levente Laurentiu, Eichstrasse 36, 8107 Buchs ZH, Switzerland
Phone: +41 78 924 06 24
E-mail: info@betonlux.ch
For data protection questions, an e-mail to the address above is enough. We are not legally required to appoint a data protection adviser.
2. Principle
We process personal data only as far as is necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiry. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.
3. Server log files
When you open the website, your browser transmits technical information that our hosting provider stores in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the page visited previously.
This data is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website (our legitimate interest) and is not combined with other data sources. It is deleted automatically after a short period.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted with Hostinger International Ltd. The provider processes the technical data described above on our behalf; the servers are located in the European Union. A data processing agreement is in place.
5. Contact form, e-mail and telephone
If you write to us using the form on the contact page, we process the details you enter: name, telephone number, e-mail address, optionally postcode and town, the type and size of the area, and your message. These details are sent by e-mail to our business address.
For delivery we use the service FormSubmit (FormSubmit.co). When you submit the form, your details first go to its servers, are turned into an e-mail to us there and then delivered. The provider and its servers are located in the USA; access by authorities there cannot be entirely ruled out. The transfer takes place solely on the basis of your express consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 17 para. 1 lit. a revFADP; for visitors from the EU additionally Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time; processing carried out until then remains lawful. If you would rather avoid it, you can always reach us directly by telephone or e-mail — the details are in the imprint.
The sole purpose is to handle your enquiry and prepare a possible contract. Without a name, e-mail address and message we cannot process the enquiry; the remaining fields are voluntary and only help us prepare for the conversation.
The same applies if you call us directly or send an e-mail. We keep enquiries for as long as is necessary to handle them and answer any follow-up questions, and delete them afterwards — subject to statutory retention periods, for example for business records.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Neither Google Analytics nor Meta Pixel nor comparable services are embedded.
So that the privacy notice does not reappear on every visit, your browser stores your choice locally (local storage, key "betonlux-cookies"). This entry stays on your device, is not transmitted to us and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.
7. Fonts, maps and external services
All fonts and images are loaded from our own server. No Google Fonts, no map services and no social media plugins from third-party servers are embedded. Visiting this website therefore creates no connections to third parties.
8. Disclosure to third parties
We pass your data on only where this is necessary to perform the contract (for example to a construction partner brought in, if your project requires it), where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
9. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law you have in particular the right to
- request information about the personal data we process,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- request the deletion of your data,
- object to processing,
- withdraw a consent you have given at any time, and
- request the release of your data in a common format.
An e-mail to info@betonlux.ch is enough. For security we may ask for proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
10. Data security
The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access. Complete protection during transmission over the internet is, however, technically impossible.
11. Changes
We may adapt this privacy policy if the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here at any given time applies.
